How much for Shipping?
We are offering free shipping on all orders within the United States
Delivery Time
All the orders will be ready to ship in 3~5 business day, you will receive an order confirmation notification after the order is placed.
After the package is shipped out, it takes around 6~8 business day for the package to arrive.
Notice：The delivery time varies from product to product. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and it may take more than a week to ship. Ocean Shipping For Large Products, (items which diameter larger than 100cm or 39 inches)
Ocean Shipping time:4-6 weeks.
Expedited Shipping Instructions
If you have an oversized item and would like to use express shipping, contact our customer service before purchase; additional charges will apply depending on the size of the fixture!
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification from our shop with the tracking number and the tracking link.
Usually, packages will be sent by UPS/DHL/Fedex, it will take around 6~8 business day to arrive, if you are not able to locate the package, please contact us at info@Olivialampus.com with your order number, we will investigate for you.
Please do not put P.O. boxes as the delivery address
Detail delivery address will be needed for delivery, instead of providing the P.O. boxes, please provide the detail delivery address to make sure packages can be successfully dispatched, most of the carriers have limitations on delivery to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Olivialampus is offering a 30 days return policy, if the item is unused and in original condition.
After the order is delivered, please make sure to inspect the goods within 30 days.
Note: if there is any damages of the boxes or the products, please take the pictures and contact us immediately at info@Olivialampus.com.
Cancellation Policy
For the products, you can cancel your order for free within 24 hours after placing it. If you cancel after 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee and material costs will apply. If the product is already in production, or If the order is ready for shipment and you wish to cancel,you will need to pay for all material costs; please contact the customer service for specific amounts.
If you force a cancellation after shipping, a 50% fee will be charged. You can initiate the return process after receiving the fixtures.
Additionally, please note that all large fixtures in the store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
